Refund policy

How do I return an item? You can easily request a return directly through your customer account. Log in, find your order, and click "Request return". We'll handle your request as soon as possible.

How long do I have to return an item? You have 14 days to return your order from the date you received it, in accordance with EU consumer law.

How do I send the item back? Once your return request has been approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise stated.

How long does the refund take? Once we've received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Where do you ship? We ship to Sweden, all EU countries, and a number of international destinations including the US, UK, Norway, Australia, and Japan.
